2. Can I connect services over the phone?

No. To establish service you must come to City Hall located at 560 Mott Street, New Madrid during regular business hours (Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm). We must have an application for service completed and a deposit paid. You will need to bring an ID.
