Persons interested in connecting utility services within the City of New Madrid can contact Municipal Light & Power at 573-748-2458 or download
application for utility service.
To establish service you must come to City Hall located at 560 Mott St., New Madrid during regular business hours (Monday - Thursday 7 am - 6 pm). Photo ID, rent receipt if renting, meter deposit and completed application must be brought into our office for utility services to be connected.
